Michael F. McNulty, CPA, CFA
Senior Managing Director
Michael earned his CPA license at Price Waterhouse Coopers before leaving to join the investment community as Director of Research, and then Managing Director in Corporate Finance for Forum Capital Markets and its predecessor, specializing in convertible and fixed-income financing.
Through subsequent acquisitions with increasing responsibilities, including as Director of Research for Context Capital, a large multi‐strategy credit fund which sold its assets to Plainfield Asset Management, and then as Managing Director of Corporate Finance for Plainfield’s broker‐dealer subsidiary until it was absorbed by Guggenheim Securities in 2010, Michael ultimately became a Managing Director in Guggenheim’s Fixed Income Capital Markets group while also acting as Recording Secretary for the firm’s Private Placement Committee. Michael left Guggenheim in 2015 to help start Arbis Partners. He holds a CPA license and CFA designation, and has held Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 FINRA licenses.
Tom Mykityshyn
Managing Director
As a leader in Business Development for Arbis, Tom is an accomplished capital markets and business development professional with a deep background in the fixed income area. Prior to Arbis, Tom was Senior Managing Director, Head of Money Market Sales for NEX Markets PLC where he initiated and cultivated relationships with corporate and bank treasurers, money funds, asset managers and hedge funds. Tom was also a Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities, focused on structured credit sales and capital raising for existing and de novo platforms. Prior to this experience, he was a Managing Director at Calyon Securities, Inc., and former Head of Capital Markets Sales at Toronto Dominion, responsible for institutional structured credit distribution in North America. Tom started his career at Deutsche Bank, where his team formed the RMBS, CMBS, and ABS businesses. Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Seton Hall University where he currently sits on the Leadership Advisory Board for the W. Paul Stillman School of Business.
Kevin Ellis
Managing Director
Kevin has extensive experience in accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, cash flow management and operations with a strong emphasis on manufacturing. Kevin started in Accounting at Hayes Lemmerz, and then Metaldyne, both suppliers to the automotive industry, before spending 12 years in increasingly elevated roles for Lafarge Holcim, one of the world’s largest cement manufacturers, primarily in operational accounting and analytics, ultimately reporting to the Board. When Lafarge relocated its headquarters, Kevin joined Gallant Steel, an Arbis client, effectively reentering the automotive industry. After Gallant sold its assets in 2019, Kevin officially joined the Arbis team where he primarily focuses on project management, budgeting, and cost accounting for clients.
